Scott Edwards, the 3rd owner of Haile Street Grill, grew up riding his bicycle to “the grill” for lunch never knowing he would one day own the restaurant. He and his wife, Michelle, spent their careers as managing partners with Outback Steakhouse in Gastonia, North Carolina.
They returned home to Camden, SC for the annual Carolina Cup Steeplechase horse races in 2018 to find Haile Street Grill for sale. Having always dreamed of owning their own restaurant one day, they inquired about and then purchased Haile Street Grill in July 2018. “We prayed about it and coming home seemed like the right thing to do.”
Since taking ownership of “the grill”, Scott & Michelle have added Haile On Wheels food truck and HSG Catering to the culinary services offered to residents of Kershaw County and the surrounding areas. The Haile Street Grill restaurant, Haile on Wheels food truck and HSG Catering are true family businesses with everyone all working together each day to deliver delicious food for whatever your needs.
Whether it be Haile On Wheels feeding the local high school sports teams, HSG Catering serving the Board of Realtors Gala or a crew coming into Haile Street Grill for a hot, delicious & nutritious lunch, you’ll always leave happy & satisfied!
Mariah Faith is a rising country artist known for her soulful blend of country, blues, and rock. Originally from Baltimore and raised in Conway, South Carolina, she gained national attention as a Top 20 finalist on American Idol Season 21, where her authenticity, powerhouse vocals, and bold style won over fans and judges alike. From church choirs to bar gigs to national TV, Mariah has always used music as a form of self-expression. With a sound rooted in truth and a mission to stay unapologetically herself, she’s redefining what it means to be a modern country artist.
Elliot Poston is a country music artist whose journey is deeply rooted in his faith and dedication to his family. A South Carolina native, he began singing in church at 15 and picked up the guitar in college, where he also led worship. After years focusing on his church and family, Poston decided to pursue country music. His authentic approach to music, which he describes as "the same person on and off stage," resonates with listeners. A memorable moment in his career was when he played a spontaneous concert in a parking garage at the Carolina Country Music Fest. Due to storm delays, Poston, who was scheduled to perform, took to an impromptu stage, captivating the crowd.
Poston's music often reflects "the Country Way," a blend of faith, family, and southern values. He envisions his music supporting his family and connecting with audiences through genuine storytelling.
Taylor Richardson is an emerging country music artist from Conway, South Carolina, known for her high-energy sound that blends old-school country with modern and rock 'n' roll influences. A rising star in the genre, she was named the 2023 Carolina Country Music Association Female Artist of the Year and won the 2023 Carolina Country Music Association Country Song of the Year for her original song, "Leavin'". Richardson has opened for notable acts like Chapel Heart and has had her music produced by Michael Rogers in Nashville, TN. Her discography includes singles such as "Carolina Weekend," "Girls Like Me," "Love at First Sight," and "Bible Belt," showcasing her authentic approach to songwriting.
